There's no place like home
We got in from Vegas at 5:00 am yesterday morning. The trip was great, but we were all ready to be home. Almost 4 days of A LOT of people and a little bit of sleep was enough for all of us. Sean was amazing on the plane both there & back. On the way there, he took a 2 1/2 hour nap and then played & watched movies for the remaining 2 hours. On the way back, he just slept. We went swimming a couple times and Sean loved that. The second time we went, they were having a bikini contest and when the girls finished dancing, Sean said, "my turn!". It was hilarious. The first morning we were there, he was up at 4:00 am. He likes to stick to his schedule, even when there's a time difference. :) We went to MGM for the lion exhibit and Rain Forest Cafe. We went to M&M world and Sean got his picture taken with a person in an M&M suit. In 87 degree weather, I'd hate to have that job. We saw a pet comedy show at Planet Hollywood and that was great. Lots of dogs & cats and when they'd run off the stage, Sean would do the motion & say "more mumma". As we were leaving Planet Hollywood, my mom took him to Build-a-Bear. He named his bear "ballgame". If you ask him what the bear's name is, he says "old ball game". :) We also went to the dolphin habitat & secret garden at the mirage. Sean had the opportunity to pet a dolphin, but decided not to at the last minute. He developed what we think was a heat rash, but it's mostly cleared up now. Hopefully we'll get through the summer without too many of those. It was a nice vacation, but it's always nice to come home. :)
