Whenever Sean is really good or really sweet, I always tell him he's an angel. On Tuesday, I made bacon for dinner. Sean was sitting in his seat saying, "thank you for my milk, mommy, it's the best" and "thank you for this bacon, mommy, I love it". Then he said, "I'm an angel, right mommy?". He's too smart!
Last Friday, we went to Aunt Val's sister Kim's house to do some algebra. Sean got to play with Alex, Nathan & Alyssa. After that, we went to Armada to hang out with Jackson while Uncle Mike & Aunt Nicole headed out for the weekend. Sean loved playing with Austin's old trains, of course. The two of them refused to nap, but suprisingly, got along pretty well. That night, Grandma came over to hang out with Sean while me & Jason went to a sweetheart banquet at church. Saturday, Grandma & Puppa came over while I went to my jazzercise class. That night, we went to the Mach's for valentine ice cream sundaes & a nooma video. Sean loves the Mach house. Our friend Peter passed away, so I went to the funeral on Sunday, after church, while Sean was napping. After that, we went to the Davidson's for a fun night of pizza & catch phrase. Never a dull moment with them. Sean & Mason played well together & watched Diego. Tuesday night, I picked Sean up after work & headed to Barnes & Noble by Jason's work. Conveniently, they moved the train table to a section that had Thomas trains for sale. And we didn't even know that the book store carried trains...imagine that. Luckily, Grandma gave Sean a Barnes & Noble "credit card" or gift card, so he could pick out a prize. That card helped soften the blow of our little trip to the book store. Yesterday, we went shopping with Grandpa Jim and then Grandma Sue & Sarah came over. Sean is so lucky to have the grandparents he does. This blog is filled with stories about time spent with Grandma, Puppa, Grandpa Jim, Grandma Sue & Grandpa Larry. It's awesome. It makes me sad to think that there are kids (and grandparents) who don't get to experience that. We are blessed.
